UDM Media provides influencer marketing, brand collaborations, campaign management, e-commerce growth solutions, social media marketing, digital promotions, and related services.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. UDM Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

By signing up on UDM Media, creators, influencers, and users agree to fulfill all campaign requirements assigned by UDM Media or its partner brands.

If a brand product is provided for collaboration, promotion, review, rating, unboxing, content creation, or any marketing activity, the creator is fully responsible for completing all agreed deliverables within the specified timeline.

Deliverables may include:

• Product reviews and ratings
• Social media posts, reels, stories, or videos
• Unboxing content
• Brand promotions
• Campaign reports or proof submissions
• Any additional requirements communicated during the campaign

Failure to complete assigned deliverables after receiving products, campaign benefits, incentives, or payments may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Removal from future campaigns
• Recovery of campaign costs or product value where legally applicable
• Other actions deemed necessary by UDM Media

UDM Media reserves the right to verify campaign completion and take appropriate action against non-compliant users.

Campaign opportunities are subject to brand approval, creator eligibility, and campaign availability. UDM Media does not guarantee participation in every campaign.

All subscription plans purchased through UDM Media are refundable.

Once a subscription has been purchased, activated, or renewed, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or cancellations will be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Account inactivity
• Failure to participate in campaigns
• Unused subscription periods
• User dissatisfaction unrelated to platform malfunction

Users are encouraged to review plan details carefully before purchasing.

All logos, content, graphics, designs, trademarks, software, and materials displayed on the platform are the property of UDM Media or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Users may not:

• Submit false information
• Impersonate another person
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse brands, creators, or platform users
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

UDM Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, services, campaigns, or third-party partnerships.

UDM Media reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
